Why I’m Running
I am passionate about education. As a first-generation American, I learned from my family the value of a good education toward achieving the American Dream in this great country that we are honored to call home. I strongly believe that a community cannot be great unless it has a great school system. My children attended Boerne ISD schools for all thirteen years of their primary and secondary education. I am committed to seeing that future generations of Boerne children, including my two grandchildren, receive the same excellent education that my children received, and I will go anywhere, anytime to advocate for them.

I remain committed to supporting our students, teachers, and community. With a passion for education and 9 years of experience as a responsible steward of taxpayer dollars, I aim to maintain academic excellence and expansion of educational opportunities for our students, including Career and Technical, while maintaining fiscal responsibility and being a responsive, engaged representative of the community. I'm proud of our district's many achievements, including being recognized as the "Best Small School District in Texas" and being one of the first to return to in-person instruction. If re-elected, I will continue to prioritize education and support initiatives that benefit our community.
